7.2 Fees and Charges
- You agree to pay the purchase price of the course you enrol in as specified at the time of application.
8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
8.1 Cancellation of Enrolment or Order by You
No refund will be issued if you cancel or reschedule your enrolment more than 24 hours after your purchase, regardless of whether your enrolment is to be paid via company invoice. If you cancel your enrolment or order within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the fees in full, with the following exceptions:
- If you enrol in a course that starts within seven (7) days from the purchase date, or it has already commenced, a refund will not be granted under any circumstances, and you will not be eligible to withdraw from this course or claim a credit voucher for the course cost.
- If you enrol in a self-paced course, a refund will not be granted under any circumstances, and you will not be eligible to withdraw from this course or claim a credit voucher for the course cost.
Please note, we do not provide refunds:
- If you are unable to use our enterprise software on your device; it is your responsibility to check compatibility before enrolling.
- If you find a course too easy or too difficult after attending; please contact us before your course to confirm its suitability.
- If you misunderstand the delivery format and wish to withdraw from a course, our standard cancellation policy applies.
8.2 Cancellation or Transfer More Than 7 Days Prior to Commencement of Course
- We require seven (7) days' notice (excluding public holidays) before a class start date to cancel or reschedule your course enrolment.
- If you request to cancel your enrolment with sufficient notice, the registered payer will receive a credit voucher equal to the amount paid for your course. If your enrolment was processed via company invoice, a credit voucher will only be issued upon receipt of payment.
- If you request to reschedule your enrolment to a later date or transfer to another course and provide sufficient notice, no fees will be incurred. However, payment will be required for any difference in course cost. We may withhold an administrative charge of up to $50.00 from the credit value.
8.3 Cancellation or Transfer Less Than 7 Days Prior to Commencement of Course, or Failure to Attend

- No credit voucher or refund will be issued.
- You will forfeit all fees paid.
- Rescheduling your enrolment or transferring to another course will not be possible.
- If you cannot attend a course, you may transfer your enrolment to another individual. Please note:
- If you enrolled using a discount, it is not transferable, and you will need to pay any difference.
- The new individual cannot withdraw from the course for any reason.
8.4 Exceptions to Standard Cancellation Policy
Exceptions to the standard cancellation policy may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Due to sickness, with a medical certificate covering the course date.
- If you have caring responsibilities and can provide evidence, such as a childcare arrangement change or a dependent's medical certificate.
- In the case of the death of a family member or friend, with appropriate documentation (e.g., a funeral notice).
- If you cannot participate due to connectivity issues, provide evidence of an unexpected interruption.
In these circumstances, you will receive a credit voucher or transfer without a fee; refunds are unavailable. Suppose an exception is granted after the course commencement date, and the course consists of multiple sessions. In that case, a credit may be provided only for the remaining sessions on a pro rata basis.
8.5 Cancellation by Us or Changes to Your Course
- After accepting your enrolment application or order, we may, at our discretion, cancel your enrolment or the relevant course for any reason. If we cancel:
- If we receive payment on or before the scheduled commencement date and promptly notify you, we will offer a credit note or refund.
- After the scheduled commencement date, for reasons beyond our control (such as the unavailability of a venue or facilitator), we will notify you and offer a credit note unless legally required to issue a refund.
- To the extent permitted by law, each party’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the course, product, or service.
- If a course change means it no longer meets your needs, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss a transfer to another course/class, a credit voucher, or a refund.
- We may make minor changes to courses, products, or services, including content or teaching personnel, for which we will not generally issue a refund or credit voucher.
