Dr Narcyz Ghinea is a bioethicist specializing in ethical issues related to the development, use, and funding of medical technologies. After completing his degree in mathematics, he worked with neurosurgeons on clinical decision modelling, and various roles relating to clinical governance, health policy and clinical ethics at the Local Health District and state levels.
